The human body is more than just flesh and bones. It is a complex and intricate system, with each and every one of our bodies unique and different.

Physical wellbeing plays a key role in how we experience our day-to-day activities. Understanding our bodies is important so we can stay in good health, and live long and fulfilling lives.

Whether it’s raising awareness about diabetes, sharing stories about strokes in young people or encouraging more active lifestyles, Fixers are using their own experiences to inspire others to do what they can to keep healthy and confident.
